Through an API call it is possible to automate the procedure to enable your company to send commercial documents to the Tax Authority with A-Cube. Simply give us access to send the documents securely from the tax Authority Invoices and Fees portal and we'll take care of the rest!

The commercial document is sent via REST API, specifying the necessary data in a JSON file. The A-Cube platform manages the entire process, guaranteeing delivery if the data is correct. The customer immediately receives a unique identifier for the document and at the same time a process will communicate with the Tax Authority to send the electronic receipt.

Thanks to OpenAPI 3.0 specification and webhooks, integration with A-Cube API is breeze.
You can send three types of documents:
- Online commercial document (receipt)
- Cancellation document
- Return document
You can query the documents to receive:
- Metadata such as acquisition date, sending date and status
- Detail in JSON format
- Print file in PDF format
The list of receipts can be filtered by date of acquisition, sending, status and document number.
The documents, requests sent to the Tax Authority and responses are stored in an ISO 27001 certified storage in a data center within the European Community. All files and data managed are kept in A-Cube storage for 6 months.
For an even more integrated experience with your business communication, you can customize the commercial documents to download in PDF format with the colors you prefer and your logo, and also decide to send these documents automatically via email with a pre-configured template.
