Thanks to A-Cube Transfer you will be able to send and receive electronic documents without any effort or integration! Export files directly from your ERP and upload them to A-Cube Transfer. Our service is able to extract the information necessary to create a digital document (e-invoices, delivery notes and electronic orders, receipts...) and send it in compliance to the tax authority.

A-Cube Transfer

A-Cube Transfer is a technology capable of managing and transforming any file format. Here's how it works:

  1. The ERP or accounting software generates a file of any format (CSV, Excel, EDI, XML, JSON, etc…). The generated file contains a set of information useful for the construction of electronic invoices.
  2. These files are uploaded to the chosen channel, which can be SFTP, AS2, Amazon S3 or REST API. The import process will start automatically as soon as new files are received.
  3. The uploaded files will be divided into individual documents and transformed one by one into XML electronic invoices, based on the transformation model agreed with the Customer.
  4. Each input document will be transformed into the required schema.
  5. The A-Cube platform validates the document and manages communication with the right government channel.
  6. The Customer will receive feedback on the entire process with reports.

With our dashboard, you can monitor consumption and access comprehensive usage statistics, including both total and aggregated by VAT.

Easily manage incoming and outgoing document flows, and analyze them using numerous filters.

Dashboard webhooks give you the flexibility to determine how the A-Cube platform interacts with your systems and tailors its behavior to the companies you manage.

What you want

You can upload numerous file types:

  • ZIP archives that contain files in CSV, JSON or XML format.
  • CSV file with one or more documents
  • JSON or XML files ready to be sent
  • P7M files digitally signed with any of the formats indicated above
As you want

The file management process is completely configurable: you can, for example, decide to upload PDF files and use them as attachments to an electronic invoice in XML format.

However, if you upload a ready-to-use document, for example in XML or JSON format, it will not require any transformation. The document will be routed through the API and sent to the tax authority.

Where you want

Upload a document by exporting it from your ERP or a cloud service and send it to A-Cube Transfer quickly and flexibly: you can choose between SFTP, Amazon S3, AS2, or REST API. Tell us where it is and we'll take care of the rest!  

When you want

A-Cube is able to send the document to the tax authority but also to your ERP to continue the workflow as and when you prefer. You can monitor its status at any time via our dashboard or receive a detailed report via email.
